The food is really fresh and good

Food has always been reasonably priced and exceptional in taste. They have great food and desserts. Staff is always super nice when you come in and they are still open for drive thru during the current situation.

Food was good and quick to come out.

Everything is made to order, not sitting under a heatlamp. I suggest the House special Singapore style Mei Fun.I've eaten here a dozen times, food and service have been great. I'm confused by the previous negative reviews.

This place is known for their rude customer service and the way they treat actual regular customers, we went for in lunch the other day and we got food poisoning. We do not recommend this place, they disrespect their own customers, worst place ever!

I have never had a bad experience with Dragonlicious! Food is always great! If your into spicy though, they lack in that area, but the flavor triumphs their lack of spice!

This is a great place to get fast Chinese food. The service is great, nothing is greasy, and the ingredients taste fresh. Portion size is good for the price, especially the dinner specials. Will definitely be back!

The last time I went a white young manager tall with long red hair and beard, he was totally rude when I told him I had not gotten my egg roll, red sauce, and fortune cookie, when I asked for my money back he told me never to come back. I got ripped off and he told me to leave. I called to ask for the owner and I never got a call back. Poor Service!

Food was good best I found in town yet they are working things out on service and menu everyone give them a break better then King buffet in my opinion

A lot of food, fast, for the money that doesn't skimp on flavor. The people are awesome too! Plus, they deliver!!

It took awhile to receive our food so I expected it to be fresh. But after the wait the food just tasted stale. The rice was fried but bland. The beef skewers from the appetizer sample was tough, very chewy. The Mongolian beef lacked spice and didn't have enough veggies only onions. The ribs from the appetizer sampler tasted old and very dry. The chicken wing was dry. The worst egg roll ever, tasted so gross I spit it out. The only thing that was remotely okay was the general tsao's chicken which tasted like it was sitting out awhile but still had the flavor. This was the first time we went in and it will be the last. The atmosphere was nice, clean building, and nice service. Just wished the food lived up to the ambience of the place.

unfortunately I did not read the reviews before going to this place, very rude staff, I did not like their attitude. the breaded chicken was not cooked throughly, the rice tasted old or stale it made me sick, both orders went in the trash.

Been ordering from this place for a few years now. Food is always excellent, delivery drivers are on top of their game as well, usually get my food earlier than expected.

Awful customer service/delivery. Paid by credit and showed ID/card and the driver claimed it was wrong even though I showed the exact same one I used. Refused delivery and had to call and get refunded and then charged a second time for the exact same card.Would not recommend delivery until they figure out such a simple situation as paying for food.

Horrible service. Terrible food. Do not recommend to anyone.

After reading mixed reviews I decided to give this place a shot. Opening the box, it looked good. Serving was hefty, I got the sweet and sour chicken for 7.25(ish). However, the food is just blah. Everything seems like it’s from a frozen bag from a grocery store. Pork fried rice was edible but still something about it tasted weird. I wanted to like it, but it fell short for me.

Food tasted freeze burnt egg rolls hard and cold and the employees working there act like they hate you. Back to Bonsai we go, they have the best rice.

Gross!!! I had some hopes for this and they were crushed. I threw it away. The dumplings were soggy, somehow a side of fried rice, I got pork fried rice...um yuck. The lo mein was ok but noodles were thick and soft. Honestly if it had some grease it would have made a difference.

On top of the food being foul, the girl (Shanna) who took my order got it completely wrong. When we got home and I called to ask if they would make the correct order and we would return the food we were given she was very rude and condescending, when she finally put the manager (Jason) on the phone he was much more aggressively rude... before giving me a chance to explain he immediately told me that the order was repeated back to me and they would not allow me to return it, when I let him know it was not repeated back to me he scoffed and said "I understand that's what you are saying, but my servers are reliable " I let him know I would not be returning and he let me know that he didn't care, honestly he seemed very amused by the whole thing.Had I read these awful reviews beforehand I would not have thrown away $23. I typically shop and eat local but I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this establishment.

I am charged to remove the onions from my rice which is fine but the charge is now up to 1.75 to REMOVE an ingredient. I also ask for no onion on the meal and there was more onions than an other ingredient

Food ok but floors and tables sticky, really bad under the table!!

Maybe some day they will get my order right and we won't be missing something. Every time I order take out they are missing something of my order. An the gentleman who takes a order over phone is so dang unprofessional, its because of him that we will not be going back. If your order is missing something or they messed up, and you let them know, be sure to expect some kind of backlash from the workers. Learn how to treat people, your in the hospitality business. The food is not that good anymore anyways.

The food isn't astonishing but as a *fast* food option, they're great. Very fast, easy to call in, easy to order, and the food is consistent every time. If you want fast food Chinese and Asian-style in a hurry, this is your best bet in town.

This has got to be one of the best Chinese restaurants I have been too. It is similar to another restaurant from my home town. The Sizzling Chicken, General Tso, hot and sour soup are the best. I haven’t had something I didn’t like. Try this out y’all!

Called in an order for two spicy shrimp and broccoli dinners with vegetable fried rice and a vegetable eggroll. They give you large portions which is great for leftovers. The shrimp and broccoli was good but the sauce is very thin, just my opinion but I like the sauce thicker and not so watery. The fried rice was good but they put to much egg in it, again just my opinion. We will be back just like we have many times.

I almost always go here when I crave Chinese - American cuisine.

Best shrimp fried rice in town, serving size should be a little bit bigger though.
